    • Kowloon: HKD 350

    • New Territories: HKD 350

    • Discovery Bay: HKD 500

    • extra charge for staircases: HKD 80 per floor, up to 5 floors. 

  • In order to make use of your right to exchange, the product must be in original packaging and sellable condition. If the product is personal hygiene-related items or unable to distinguish the items whether or not to use, we are unable to exchange.

    • Items can only be exchanged once within 7 days of goods receipt.

    • Items returned must be in original packing and sellable condition.

    •  The following items are non-exchangeable: ​​​

      • Sale items, Promotion items 

      • Personal hygiene-related items, such as towels, bathrobe, kitchenware, Intimate apparel, and jewellery etc. 

      • Unable to distinguish the items whether or not to use, such as Home fragrances items, etc. Altered, assembled, and defective item due to improper use

  • ​​Claims must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery by emailing and must include the following information:

    • Name, order no. reason for return, supporting photographic evidence

    • If items arrive damaged we reserve the right to repair or replace the item.

    • All claims will be handled within 7 days upon acknowledgment of your request.

    • Displayed items, discounted items, promotional items, or items damaged by normal wear and tear cannot be returned, exchanged.

  • All shipment costs involved in the exchange process will be borne by the customer. If the exchange is related to quality issues, such charges will be waived.

  • We will pay the costs of return (or our collection) of the Products only if:

    • the Products are faulty due to no fault on your part, or

    • the Products are incorrectly shipped due to an error on our part.

  • Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by us.

  • Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

  • Upon dispute, La Boutique living reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.


Refund Condition

  • Unfortunately, we can not provide any refund.


  • We do not allow the cancellation of an order after the order has been submitted.
